Job summary

Weber Distribution LLC in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk on the second shift to maintain accurate records of inventory, process product receipts, assign warehouse bin locations and support cycle counts.

You will collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service and Accounting to track stock movements, update the ERP system, and help investigate discrepancies while following company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP, TMS and MS Office systems.

Responsibilities

• Compile data from contracts, purchase orders, invoices and requisitions to maintain records.
• Coordinate and direct inventory activities, including cycle counts and training during inventories.
• Initiate daily bin verifications and update stock relocations in the inventory system.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and conduct regular audits of OS&D areas.
