Job summary

Hireology is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for the Receiving area on the second shift. The role supports accurate warehouse inventories and ensures material availability by reconciling systems and performing counts.

The candidate will work with SAP WMS and Production applications, coordinate with QA, and assist in recall activities. Requires 3+ years in inventory control and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in inventory control.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good phone and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of the Inventory Tracking System.

Responsibilities

• Helps manage inventory levels by reconciling SAP WMS with Production Application by conducting physical counts when necessary.
• Coordinates with Quality Assurance that all inventoried materials are handled in accordance with policies and handling procedures.
• Performs daily reviews of IDoc and COGI errors to reconcile issues to facilitate the TECO order process.
• Performs daily reconciliations after order confirmations have been completed.
• Oversees the handling of daily cycle counting program and yearly physical inventory.
• Establishes the list of materials to be cycle-counted.
• Member of the Recall Team. Performs mock recalls on a regular basis.
• Any other task as directed by Management
