Job summary

Weber Logistics in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records, manage product receipts, assign warehouse bin locations, and support cycle counts. This role operates on the 2nd shift (1:30PM - 10:00PM; hours may vary).

The ideal candidate will handle data entry, coordinate inventories with operations and accounting, and perform regular audits to ensure stock accuracy while adhering to company policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control processes and cycle counts.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP/TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory, orders, receipts and movements in the computer system.
• Coordinate physical inventories and training during inventories.
• Perform daily bin verifications and cyclic counts; adjust system records.
• Update stock relocations and investigate discrepancies in inventory.
• Audit OS&D area and manage disposal of excess, damaged, or out-of-code items.
• Follow inventory procedures and train other departments as needed.
