5.11 is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for Saturdays through Wednesdays on the 2nd shift, on-site in California. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, resolving discrepancies, and supporting order fulfillment within the distribution center.

You will work closely with Distribution, Customer Service, and Operations, using RF scanners and a Dynamics-based WMS to drive accuracy and efficiency in inventory records and transactions.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role.
• Experience with inventory control preferred.
• Strong problem-solving to investigate inventory issues.
• Proficient with WMS, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse.
• Must read/write/communicate in English.
• Forklift certification preferred or able to become certified.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

Mansioni

• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies affecting orders.
• Perform inventory adjustments and maintain records.
• Assist with SKU conversions and inventory transitions.
• Update case pack quantities and product information.
• Use RF scanners to verify locations and counts.
• Process backorders for missing items.
• Verify inventory transactions in the Warehouse Management System.
• Create license plates and carton labels.
• Partner with CS and warehouse teams to resolve shortages.
• Support cycle counts and slotting changes.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement.
• Follow safety, quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
