Job summary

CJ Logistics Corporation is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate stock records and support warehouse efficiency. You will monitor quantities, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of products.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, data entry in WMS, processing documentation, and assisting with receiving and shipping tasks. Forklift experience and safety adherence are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in inventory tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple inventory items and priorities.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues through logical reasoning.
• Effective verbal and written communication for reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and audits to verify stock levels and locations.
• Input and maintain inventory data in WMS.
• Prepare documentation for inventory transactions and adjustments.
• Assist with receiving shipments and order fulfillment.
• Maintain organized, safe, and labeled storage areas.
• Identify inventory issues and propose process improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Trace discrepancies using system tools and update stock status.
• Manage damaged goods and quality hold items disposition.
• Execute inventory transfers to support production and fulfillment.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment following safety procedures.
