Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Control Lead in Tolleson, AZ. The role involves guiding Inventory Control & Inbound Teammates and driving inventory improvements across warehouse operations, including ASN processing and receipt verification.

The position requires oversight of shipment documentation, discrepancy resolution, and collaboration with Customer Service/Sales to resolve inventory issues. O&M emphasizes safety compliance and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Strong Excel/Reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inventory Control & Inbound Teammates and support inventory improvements.
• Oversee ASN processing, manual receipts, and PO verification.
• Manage shipment documentation and receiving discrepancy resolution.
• Cycle count responsibilities and other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.
