Job summary

Owens & Minor is a global healthcare solutions company with a strong presence in the logistics and distribution space. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload inbound shipments, pick and pack orders, and prepare them for shipment with RF and voice-directed technology.

You will work on a fast-paced distribution floor, requiring attention to detail and strict adherence to safety procedures. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new material handling equipment are essential.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of basic topics (math, reading, basic accounting, typing).
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
• Warehouse/Operations certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload, verify, and document inbound shipments using RF or Voice Pick.
• Picking: select and place items into totes using Voice Pick or RF, prepare for packing.
• Sortation: set up pallets and carts, organize product flow on conveyors.
• Loading: ensure totes and pallets are loaded onto trucks using RF and pallet jack.

Unloads, receives, and processes inbound shipments. Performs bin replenishment, moves product around the distribution center to ensure efficient processing, and prepares pick locations. Accurately picks, packs, sorts and loads outbound products in accordance with customer specifications.
