Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking an Inventory Control & Inbound teammate to lead daily operations and improve inventory accuracy. You will supervise teammates, handle ASN processing, manual receipts, PO verification, and shipment documentation.

Proficiency with WMS, Excel, and Power BI will drive reporting and issue resolution. You will also respond to Customer Service and Sales inquiries, participate in process improvements, and perform cycle counts and other warehouse tasks while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Experience leading and assigning work to teammates.
• Proficiency with ASN Processing, Manual Receipts, Purchase Order Verification.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems; researching inventory issues in CSW/OMNI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign work to teammates in inventory control and inbound.
• Process ASN, manual receipts, and PO verifications.
• Handle shipment documentation and receiving discrepancies.
• Safely unload trucks and move products with proper equipment.
• Maintain and use Warehouse Management Systems; generate reports (Excel, BO, Power BI).
• Respond to emails from Customer Service & Sales; support inventory improvements.
• Cycle count as needed; ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.

The primary function of this position is to Lead the Inventory Control & Inbound Teammates and support inventory improvements

• Researching and root causing inventory issues utilizing CSW, OMNI, and various computer operations.
• Preparing and running reports (Excel, Business Objects, Power BI, etc..)
• Answering/replaying to emails from Customer Service & Sales associates.
• Perfroming the research requested from Sales & Customer Service.
• Participating and adding input in process/inventory improvements projects.
• Will be expected to cycle count when needed on MHE and other various physical warehouse tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, warehouse procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed
