Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory accuracy, receiving, and compliance routines to support store operations. You will perform receiving, adjustments, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

In this role, you will handle forklift operations, BOPIS reconciliation, and ensure cycle counts and inventory integrity across the distribution flow.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
