Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance across store operations. The role covers receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting, in coordination with the Store Operations Manager.

The updated model shifts ownership toward Operations leadership. You'll work in a hands-on retail setting, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely reconciliations, and adherence to safety and company

Qualifications

• Experience: Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, reading/writing/counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, Appreciate the Customer.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, transfers, and reconcile BOPIS/OMNI processes.
• Stock and tag freight and direct vendor items according to standards.
• Key daily defectives, run reports, and report to Store Operations Manager.
