Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an Indirect Inventory Control Associate to manage inbound shipments and maintain precise inventory records. The role covers receiving, counting, and optimizing stock levels to support operations, with a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include verifying deliveries, reconciling discrepancies, and collaborating with Procurement and Receiving to improve SOPs and processes. Strong attention to detail and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of inbound operations, inventory control, and quality management practices.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound shipments and verifying against purchase orders and bills of lading.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems and perform cycle counts.
• Coordinate with procurement and receiving to streamline processes and improve SOPs.
