Job summary

Heico is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to support inventory activities and production. You will receive deliveries, verify packing slips against POs, and record transactions in the ERP/MRP system.

Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as you move inventory to storage locations and notify other departments of special orders. Regular hours are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with on-site work in Algood, TN.

Qualifications

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accuracy in inventory counting and records.
• Record deliveries and receiving transactions into ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to use inventory counting hardware and basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries during business hours (8am–4:30pm).
• Confirm packing slips and part labels against POs.
• Record receiving transactions into the MRP system.
• Move inventory to designated storage locations.
• Notify departments regarding special orders.
• Perform quality inspection and sortation as needed.
• Assist Inventory Control Specialist with processing inventory.
• Follow Standard Operational Procedures and work instructions.
