Controlled Holdings is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our Operations Team in Indianapolis, IN. The role manages full cycle warehouse operations, using our WMS to handle inbound and outbound movement of inventory and to support warehouse efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime may be required and the position offers competitive compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, bend, twist, stoop, and climb ladders on a frequent basis.
• Experience with warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and pull shipping orders using warehouse management software (WMS).
• Ship marketing items accurately and timely.
• Receive, inspect, and put away all incoming shipments using WMS.
• Assist with product assembly as needed.
• Participate in all physical inventory and company training sessions.
• Complete tasks safely and professionally.
• Overtime may be required.
• Perform other tasks or projects as requested.
