Job summary

Hims is seeking an Indirect Inventory Control Associate to manage end-to-end handling of indirect goods, from inbound receipt to accurate ERP records. The role emphasizes receiving operations and cycle counts to keep stock accurate and available for operations.

You will collaborate with Procurement and Operations, maintain compliant records, and support process improvements to SOPs, ensuring timely communication on supply needs and inventory levels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, Highjump).
• Strong understanding of inbound operations, inventory control, and quality management practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Receive all inbound non-inventory shipments, from small parcels to full truckloads.
• Inspect and verify deliveries against Purchase Orders, Bills of Lading, and Order Confirmations.
• Report and reconcile shipment discrepancies with the Inventory Control team.
• Deliver small parcels to the correct department, team, or individual.
• Maintain organized receiving areas in line with SOPs.
• Confirm, document, and record all received goods in ERP and inventory systems.
• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts to ensure real-time stock accuracy.
• Track usage trends and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Receiving to improve inventory processes.
• Maintain records for compliance and audit readiness.
