Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, seeks an Inventory Control Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the ICQA team and ensure 100% accuracy in warehouse data. You’ll manage SOPs, daily audits, cycle counts, and drive continuous improvements in inventory integrity and logistics.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse inventory control or quality auditing, with 1–2 years in supervision, and strong experience with WMS/ERP systems and advanced Excel. On-site work in Upper Marlboro, MD.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in warehouse inventory control and quality auditing.
• Experience in logistics and supervisory or team lead roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for feedback and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ICQA team and coordinate auditing workflows.
• Direct routine quality audits, cycle counts, and inspections across zones.
• Analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure real-time stock adjustments and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Leader to reduce delays and resolve material issues.
• Enforce quality control standards and safety on the floor.
