Job summary

Capital Electric is seeking an ICQA Supervisor to lead inventory control and quality auditing in our Maryland warehouse. You will ensure data integrity, oversee SOPs, and guide cycle counts while partnering with the Warehouse Leader to minimize delays.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse inventory control or logistics with supervisory experience, proficiency in WMS/ERP and advanced Excel, plus strong communication skills. On-site work with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse inventory control, quality auditing, or logistics.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Proficient with WMS/ERP and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor ICQA Associates and Coordinators.
• Audit Oversight: Plan and direct routine quality audits, inventory cycle counts, and physical inspections across all warehouse zones.
• Discrepancy & Root Cause Analysis: Investigate significant inventory variances and system discrepancies; track error trends and implement corrective actions.
• Systems & Data Integrity: Oversee error logging and ensure real-time stock adjustments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Warehouse Leader to minimize shipping delays and resolve material discrepancies.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce adherence to quality benchmarks, safety regulations, and proper material handling.
