Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines to support store operations. The role covers receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, transfer, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include completing forklift inspections, BOPIS/OMNI processes, and maintaining adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and be available for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Fulfill receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, and reporting duties as per process.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reporting.
• Operate forklift and handle equipment safely; assist customers as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value.
