Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to focus on inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines in support of store operations. The role handles receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buyback/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The position emphasizes delivering Legendary Customer Service and maintaining adherence to safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value.
