Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist responsible for inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role covers receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Essential duties include maintaining attendance, flexible hours, and delivering Legendary Service through GURA with a focus on customer engagement and team

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA principles (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value).
• Complete forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation processes.
• Receive Direct POs and freight, execute truck unloads, and stage goods for transfer.
• Support inventory control, compliance, receiving standards, and process follow-up.
