Job summary

You will analyze data, generate reports, and support material planning using MRP data while collaborating with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Materials Planning, Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of inventory control/management experience.
• Strong understanding of MRP concepts and ERP system functionality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and learning multiple Excel functions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory transactions and maintain accurate records within the ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports to support inventory control and planning activities.
• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Support material planning processes by utilizing MRP data and inventory management tools.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
