Job summary

Niagara is seeking a Plant Inventory Control Associate to maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels within the ERP/WMS system. This role focuses on inbound/outbound operations, cycle counts and material movements to sustain inventory integrity.

The candidate will handle stock reconciliation, FIFO rotation, and reporting of shortages or discrepancies, ensuring compliance with GMP and Niagara policies. A strong eye for detail is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in ERP/WMS.
• Performs cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Processes inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMAs.
• Ensures proper inventory rotation (FIFO) and storage per guidelines.
• Generates reports on inventory balances, shortages and discrepancies.
