Job summary

VRC Engineered Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Milwaukee to maintain inventory accuracy, support shipping/receiving, and ensure materials are available where needed. You will handle raw materials, WIP, and finished goods while performing IQMS transactions and supporting daily freight coordination.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, and experience with IQMS or ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or material handling.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; IQMS experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on a regular basis.
• ERP/IQMS experience preferred; forklift experience or certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer shipments.
• Receive and store raw materials and components.
• Maintain accurate inventories of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Perform inventory transactions in IQMS.
• Support daily shipping operations and freight coordination.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support physical inventories and maintain organized warehouse areas.
