Outsource Logistics, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support site leadership in inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and audits. The role requires flexibility to work across multiple buildings within a 10 mile radius and to rigorously follow established procedures to protect customer inventory.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma and have 1–3 years in a warehouse setting, with experience in barcode scanning and inventory systems like Red Prairie, WMS, or SAP.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with work related experience in inventory control, logistics or related discipline, required
• 1-3 years' relative work experience in a warehouse environment
• Knowledge of barcode scanning and equipment

Aufgaben

• Assist site Inventory Control and Operations Leadership in assessing inventory inaccuracies and conducting cycle counts and audits
• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements are monitored and reported timely to site leadership
• Maximize site inventory process performance and system accuracy for care, custody, and control of customer inventory
• Provide documentation to customer or auditors in support of compliance requirements
• Operate a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment
• Follow proper procedures and utilize tools to perform assigned duties and tasks
• Be self-motivated, reliable, and detail oriented
