Accord Healthcare US is seeking an Inventory Control Associate responsible for tracking, auditing, and optimizing materials and finished goods. You will conduct cycle counts, reconcile variances, and analyze consumption rates to support production and fulfillment.

The role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems. Collaboration with purchasing and logistics is essential to ensure accurate receiving and stock control while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain, operations, or related field required.
• 1–3 years in inventory management, supply chain ops, or related function.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) preferred.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical audits to reconcile stock with system records.
• Monitor daily inventory consumption, identify slow-moving or near-expiry items, report findings.
• Update stock data in ERP systems and maintain SKU/storage logic.
• Calculate reorder points to prevent stockouts based on usage and lead times.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to verify inbound shipments.
