Job summary

Woodgrain is hiring an Inventory Control Manager to lead the branch's inventory management functions. The role focuses on directing cycle counts, adjusting inventory, and ensuring accuracy across production shops, the Lite Depot, and the warehouse.

You will manage daily discrepancies, set up bin locations, and oversee vendor returns to maintain precise stock levels. A strong emphasis is placed on process improvement and teamwork with Operations and Warehouse Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and cycle counting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and layouts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily cycle counting to ensure on-site inventory accuracy.
• Oversee zero-find ship tickets and KP/WT work orders to locate products.
• Manage vendor returns and adjust inventory in ICEPA/ICEPU systems.
• Assign bin locations and optimize space usage in the warehouse.
• Prepare and review daily inventory reports and discrepancy follow-ups.
