Job summary

Hot Topic & BoxLunch seeks an Inventory Control Manager for our Riverside Distribution Center to lead cycle counts, safeguard stock accuracy, and optimize fulfillment for online orders. This role works closely with Finance and Operations to maintain a cohesive control program and drive continual improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fulfillment/distribution center supervising 20+ people.
• Experience with multiple small parcel carriers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory control and cycle count programs are aligned with finance and client expectations.
• Develop reporting metrics for cycle count and cancellation results.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations on cycle count results and trends.
• Test and rollout fulfillment system upgrades or new packages.
• Collect and analyze data to identify cost reductions and service improvements.
• Identify trends affecting fulfillment processes to raise quality and satisfaction.
• Work with Operations sites to drive efficiencies and accountability.
• Coordinate with Clients and conduct annual physical inventories.
