You will drive cycle counting, replenishment, expediting, and product placement while ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations leadership.
• Experience in a distribution environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Business proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Inventory Control operations and cycle counts.
• Train, coach, and develop team to meet metrics.
• Collaborate with procurement and other departments on process improvements.
• Generate reports to drive accuracy and accountability.
