Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a senior inventory manager to lead all inventory activities across materials, components, finished goods, and non-inventory items. You will coordinate with the Senior Operations Manager to resolve issues quickly and partner with warehouse supervisors to maintain lean, accurate inventory practices.

The role emphasizes cycle counts, audits, and process improvements across Receiving, Kitting, Inventory, Put-Away, and Fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business or Analytics preferred.
• Inventory management experience—minimum of 5 years.
• Strong supervision and planning skills.
• Trouble shooting experience.
• Cycle count and inventory audit experience.
• Data entry management.
• ERP and WMS knowledge.
• Dependability reporting skills.
• Analytical thinking.
• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and order picker.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise warehouse inventory of all raw materials, finished goods, and non-inventoried items.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on audits, scheduling, performance, and efficiencies.
• Provide reports on inventory anomalies and open issues with timelines for resolution.
• Coach and manage staff, enforce Safety and Warehouse Policies.
• Direct cycle counts and update progress with root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Put-Away/Replens and material handlers to correct locations.
• Monitor racks and storage areas for accuracy.
• Oversee kitting, production, and assembly line inventory.
• Plan cycle-count times, teams, and locations with corrective actions.
• Work with Logistics, Finance, and PW Inventory to maintain controls.
