Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Proven ability to supervise teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute cycle count schedule in line with corporate objectives.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory assets.
• Investigate and reconcile cycle count discrepancies (shortages/overages).
• Update work order statuses to prevent billing delays.
• Organize and maintain efficient material handling and storage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and transfers.
• Track parts ETA, availability, and redispatch with Dispatch and Service.
• Coordinate processing of purchase requisitions, receiving reports, and POs.
• Perform periodic physical inventories and optimize inventory investment.
• Communicate with vendors about merchandise and inquiries.
• Prepare reports using inventory systems and databases.
• Assist in PM forecasting by allocating filters, oils, consumables.
