Albany Medical Center is seeking an Inventory Site Coordinator in the Mail Room on a per diem basis. You will manage stock, perform counts, and process restock orders to ensure timely distribution of supplies.

The role requires basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems; a high school diploma is required, with associate degree preferred. This position supports cost-effective inventory practices.

Formación

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• Associate’s Degree in business or Applied Science preferred.
• Previous experience in inventory control or a support role preferred.
• Basic computer skills including spreadsheet and database management.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and maintains a stock inventory of all department supplies.
• Performs counts with handheld computer and uploads data to the system.
• Generates restock orders and processes supply requisitions.
• Receives supplies and completes receipt/put-away in the system.
• Coordinates non-stock supply acquisition and receipt.
• Acts as liaison for inventory control meetings and staff guidance.
