Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage and shipping operations. You will move materials, prepare orders for shipment and maintain accurate inventory using a computerized system.

Role requires strong organizational skills, reliability in performing repetitive tasks, and ability to operate forklifts and related equipment as needed. Physical attendance and adherence to safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking.
• Mathematical skills for calculations in all units of measure.
• Technical and computer skills with aptitude to learn new systems.
• Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity for tools and equipment.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conveys materials from receiving/production to storage or designated areas.
• Sorts and places materials on racks or bins per specifications.
• Generate purchase orders, transfers, usage and restock reports via computerized system.
• Assembles customer orders and prepares orders for shipping.
• Operates forklifts and other equipment to move and store equipment.
• Delivers items between warehouses or to customer locations; coordinates shipping schedules.
• Maintains inventory records in a computerized system; adjusts levels as needed.
• Follows safety policies and uses required PPE; may require forklift certification.
• Maintains warehouse and surrounding areas; performs routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Collects Styrofoam and operates recycling equipment (if present).
• Attends to supervisory tasks and other duties as assigned by management.
