DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to guide the non-exempt team and ensure accurate inventory records in line with client SLAs. You will support site leadership in improving inventory accuracy and process efficiency while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience
• Some knowledge of inventory control
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coordination of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team daily activities to maintain inventory accuracy
• Monitor customer inventory control accuracy and ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Optimize site inventory processes and systems for accuracy and proper custody of inventory
• Provide required documentation for auditors and regulatory reviews
• Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and fair work environment for associates
• Conduct associate performance reviews and development plans
• Ensure policies are communicated and enforced at appropriate levels
• Ensure associates have training and access to necessary tools
