Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee daily activities of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team and maintain accurate inventory records per client service agreements. You will help assess inaccuracies and drive corrective actions to support continuous improvement.

The role requires strong knowledge of inventory controls, familiarity with WMS/SAP/JDA and related systems, and experience coaching staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience.
• Some knowledge of inventory control.
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc. required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coordination of the Inventory Control Team daily activities to maintain accurate inventory records relative to the client SLA.
• Monitor and report inventory accuracy and shrinkage to site leadership.
• Support process improvements and operational excellence in inventory control.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and fair work environment for associates.
• Contribute to training and development plans for staff.
