Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a skilled Inventory Control Supervisor in a fast-paced environment to lead the non-exempt team and ensure accurate inventory records and compliance with SLAs.

The role requires coordination with site leadership, adherence to policies, and reliable performance reviews. A strong background in inventory systems is essential, as is a focus on safety and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience, required.
• Some knowledge of inventory control, preferred.
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc. required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coordination of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team daily activities to maintain accurate inventory records relative to the client service level agreement.
• Assist site Inventory Control and Operations Leadership and peers in assessing inventory inaccuracies and recommending corrective action for continuous improvement.
• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements/service level agreements are monitored and reported to site leadership.
