Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to guide the non-exempt team and ensure accurate inventory records in line with the client service level agreement. You will assist leadership and peers in correcting inventory inaccuracies and driving continuous improvements.

You will monitor customer inventory accuracy, shrink, and system utilization while ensuring proper documentation and a safe work environment for associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent with 4 years experience.
• Some knowledge of inventory control is preferred.
• Experience with JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS or SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coordination of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team daily activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and shrink to meet service level agreements.
• Support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation for customer and auditors.
• Ensure a safe and fair work environment for associates.
• Conduct performance reviews and development plans.
