Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Inventory Control Supervisor to guide the non-exempt Inventory Control Team and maintain accurate inventory aligned with client SLAs. You will support leadership, investigate inventory variances, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of inventory control and ERP/WMS systems, plus leadership, coordination, and documentation skills. Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience, required.
• Some knowledge of inventory control, preferred.
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc. required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coordination of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team daily activities to maintain accurate inventory records relative to the client service level agreement.
• Assist site Inventory Control and Operations Leadership and Operations Peers in assessing inventory inaccuracies and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements/service level agreements are monitored and reported timely to site leadership.
• Maximize the performance of site inventory processes and systems to ensure proper care, custody, and control of customer inventory; accuracy on floor and in customer books; proper IT utilization.
• Provide required documentation to customer, customer’s financial statement auditor or appropriate regulatory auditor in support of compliance requirements.
• Ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for associates.
• Conduct associate performance reviews, development and succession planning.
• Ensure company policies are communicated, administered, and enforced at appropriate levels.
• Ensure associates have proper training and access to necessary tools to perform their duties.
