Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to guide daily activities, maintain accurate inventory records, and support continuous improvement. The role requires coordinating with site leadership and peers to ensure compliance with service levels and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory control processes and accuracy
• Education requirements: High School diploma; Bachelor’s or 4 years experience preferred
• Familiarity with inventory systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP
• 4 years experience or higher strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements are monitored
• Report timely to site leadership on inventory control performance
• Optimize site inventory processes and use information systems effectively
• Provide required documentation to auditors and regulatory bodies
• Maintain a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for associates
• Conduct associate performance reviews and development plans
• Ensure policies are communicated, administered, and enforced
