Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent 4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS, SAP and related inventory systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coordination of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team daily activities to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist leadership in assessing inventory inaccuracies and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and report inventory accuracy and shrink in line with SLAs.
• Support continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure training, policies, and safety standards are communicated and enforced.
