Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to guide the non-exempt team and maintain accurate client inventory records. You will support leadership by identifying inaccuracies and driving corrective actions to improve processes and service levels.

The role requires knowledge of inventory control systems (JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP) and a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience, required.
• Some knowledge of inventory control, preferred.
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc. required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coordination of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team daily activities to maintain accurate inventory records relative to the client service level agreement.
• Assist site Inventory Control and Operations Leadership in assessing inventory inaccuracies and recommending corrective action.
• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements are monitored and reported timely to site leadership.
• Maximize the performance of the site inventory processes and system to ensure proper care, custody, and control of customer inventory.
