NFI is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for our Kutztown, PA facility to coordinate cycle counts and reconcile data between the client and NFI Distribution Center Warehouse Management System. This position reports to the Inventory Control Manager or General Manager.

The role leads the Inventory Control department, drives accuracy, mentors staff, and ensures safety and compliance. A degree in supply chain or related field, supervisory experience, and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field
• 1–5 years of supervisory experience
• High School Diploma required
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the daily cycle counts, slot audits and the reconciliation of activities between systems
• Ensures customer requirements are reported within the required timing
• Plans, executes and reconciles physical inventories
• Prepares analysis of adjustments activities report
• Researches to reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Makes recommendations to management on inventory improvement initiatives
