Job summary

NFI Industries is hiring an Inventory Control Supervisor in California to coordinate cycle counts, reconcile systems, and manage inventory accuracy across the distribution center. The role reports to the Inventory Control Manager or General Manager and requires strong analytical and leadership skills.

The position emphasizes process improvement, safety, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities to lead training and develop staff within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment; good judgment under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily cycle counts, slot audits and reconciliation between systems.
• Ensures customer requirements are reported timely.
• Plans, executes and reconciles physical inventories.
• Prepares analysis of adjustments reports.
• Researches inventory discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Makes recommendations to management on inventory improvement programs.
