Job summary

NFI in Rincon, GA is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee cycle counts, slot audits, and book-to-book reconciliation between client systems and the NFI Distribution Center WMS. You will report to the Inventory Control Manager or General Manager and coordinate inventory control activities across shifts and locations.

Responsibilities include leading the Inventory Control team, conducting daily counts, preparing variance analyses, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean/Six Sigma tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily cycle counts, slot audits and reconciliation between systems.
• Plans, executes and reconciles physical inventories.
• Prepares analysis of adjustments activities and reports.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies and makes improvements proposals.
• Leads training and development of Inventory Control staff.
