Kenco Logistics in Fairborn, OH seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy and staff in the site’s Inventory Department. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years inventory planning/leadership experience.
• Experience supervising hourly warehouse staff.
• Strong knowledge of inventory controls and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of inbound/outbound inventory via audits and cycle counts.
• Direct inventory staff to meet customer expectations and timelines.
• Lead safety training and CPs/K-WINs in the KQMS framework.
• Coordinate physical inventories and zoning for accuracy.
• Prepare and process daily reports and manage reviews.
