Assurant is seeking a supervisory trainer to work with the production team in Irving, TX. The role involves supporting supervisors, delivering on-the-floor coaching, monitoring KPIs/SLA, and coordinating with other departments to meet customer goals.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings, with strong communication and training capabilities. The position follows a Monday-Thursday night shift (5:30 pm–4:00 am) on-site in Irving, TX.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.

Aufgaben

• Work with Supervisors to monitor production performance and ensure production and quality controls are met.
• Train and coach associates; perform on-the-job refresher training and workstation assessment.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings with Supervisor and internal/external meetings.
• Reallocate resources and coordinate with other departments to meet customer goals.
• Maintain attendance roster and participate in 6S audits; implement resulting changes on the floor.
• Ensure safety, inventory control, and KPI/SLA monitoring; escalate issues as needed.
