RJW Logistics Group in Hazleton, Pennsylvania seeks an Inventory Control Assistant Manager to lead daily inventory operations and drive accuracy across cycles. The role emphasizes data analysis, KPI tracking, and coordinating a team to meet client demands.

The position requires hands-on leadership, front-line scheduling, and strong communication with external clients, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Warehouse Management experience.
• Ability to report and track trending and historical data.
• Strong business writing and case analysis skills.
• Intermediate algebra and financial math.
• Experience in Inventory Control and Transportation Warehouse.
• Excel proficiency with basic Access knowledge and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Inventory Control department.
• Coordinate daily physical counts and train the team.
• Schedule team hours and maintain equipment and housekeeping.
• Lead labor planning and communicate with external clients.
• Ensure KPIs are met or exceeded and report requirements.
• Maintain safety training and incident documentation.
