Anduril Industries in Rhode Island seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor for the Quonset site. You will lead the inventory control function across multiple production lines, drive cycle counts, and partner with production and warehouse teams to ensure material flow.

Experience with ERP/WMS and DFARS compliance is required. The role involves supervising a team, building cycle count programs, and improving material accuracy while scaling operations for new product lines at a fast-paced

Qualifications

3+ years of inventory control or materials management in manufacturing.
1+ year supervising a team.
Proficiency with ERP/WMS platforms and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Own cycle count programs, physical inventories, and reconciliation.
Supervise Inventory Control Technicians and coordinate with Materials.
Maintain multi-line inventory tracking for maritime programs.
Serve as warehouse power user for ERP/WMS and system builds.
Monitor variances and support audits and E&O material management.
Ensure compliance with DFARS and government property rules.
Act as inventory liaison across warehouse, production, procurement, and Finance.
Lead process improvements to improve accuracy and material flow.
Develop dashboards on accuracy, turns, and cycle counts.
