Job summary

Anduril Industries in Rhode Island is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to stand up and lead the inventory control function at our multi-product manufacturing site in Quonset. You will oversee a team, drive cycle counts, and ensure material accuracy and availability across production lines.

Responsibilities include ERP/WMS ownership, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with production, warehouse, procurement, and finance to maintain uninterrupted material flow and DFARS

Qualifications

3+ years in inventory control, warehouse management, or materials management in manufacturing.
1+ year supervising or leading a team.
Proficiency with ERP/WMS platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH) and large data sets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective cross-functional communicator with leadership exposure.
U.S. Person to access export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

Own cycle count programs and reconciliation across all product lines.
Supervise and develop Inventory Control Technicians; coordinate with Materials Associates.
Maintain segregated inventory tracking across multiple Maritime programs.
Serve as warehouse power user for ERP and WMS; support multi-BL tracking.
Monitor and reconcile inventory variances; assist with audits.
Ensure DFARS compliance and maintain audit-ready records.
Act as liaison between warehouse, production, procurement, and Finance.
Identify and lead process improvements to scale operations.
Develop dashboards tracking accuracy, turns, transactions, and shrinkage.
