Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a warehouse team and manage both physical and system‑based material integrity. You will implement an ABC cycle count program, optimize slotting, and ensure ERP/WMS alignment with production needs.

The role requires hands‑on, boots‑on‑the‑ground leadership in a fast‑paced defense manufacturing setting. You will develop SOPs, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in supply chain related field.
• 3+ years in inventory control, warehouse management or materials management in aerospace/defense/high-volume hardware manufacturing.
• 1+ year of direct supervisory experience leading warehouse teams.
• Deep understanding of cycle counting, WMS, and ERP systems.
• Onsite at Anduril facilities in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse and inventory control team; establish SOPs and train staff on processes and system transactions.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories with ABC analysis to exceed 99% accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse slotting and high-velocity parts locations to improve picking speed.
• Investigate discrepancies via root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as warehouse super-user for ERP/WMS; ensure real-time mirroring of physical movements.
• Collaborate with production planning to align material availability with schedules.
• Maintain a safe, organized 5S environment and ensure equipment is properly operated.
