Job summary

Anduril Industries in Rhode Island is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the inventory control function at our multi-product manufacturing site in Quonset. You will manage cycle counts, drive accuracy, and mentor a team of technicians across several production lines, ensuring material availability and record integrity.

Responsibilities include ERP/WMS ownership, cross-functional coordination with production, procurement, and finance, and ensuring compliance with DFARS government

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of experience supervising or leading a team.
• Proficiency with ERP and/or WMS platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH) and comfort with large data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communicator across functions and leadership.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own cycle count programs and reconciliation processes across all product lines, driving inventory accuracy.
• Supervise and develop Inventory Control Technicians and coordinate with Materials Associates.
• Maintain segregated inventory tracking across multiple Maritime programs.
• Serve as a warehouse power user for ERP and WMS platforms and participate in systems buildout.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory variances and support inventory valuation activities.
• Ensure compliance with DFARS for government property accountability and maintain audit-ready records.
• Act as inventory liaison between warehouse, production, procurement, and Finance.
• Identify and lead process improvements to increase accuracy and material flow.
• Develop dashboards covering accuracy, turns, transactions, shrinkage, and cycle counts.
