Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Factory Services Supervisor to lead the technical shared services at our multi-product site in Quonset, RI. You will design a scheduling system to allocate machining, hydrostatic testing, tooling, and 3D printing resources fairly and efficiently across programs.

You will manage a team of machinists, testers, and tooling specialists, develop SOPs, and partner with production leads to keep the site running smoothly. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with exposure to technical support services (machining, testing, tooling)
• 2+ years in supervisory or cross-functional coordination role
• Proven ability to design and manage scheduling/resource allocation processes in multi-program environments
• Strong communication across organizational boundaries and prioritization
• Experience building or improving operational processes in scaling environments
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shared technical services including machining, hydrostatic testing, tooling fabrication, 3D printing.
• Design, implement, and own the scheduling methodology for shared resources.
• Coordinate across production lines; resolve conflicts; build relationships.
• Supervise and develop staff; hire scheduling coordinator as needed.
• Establish SOPs, work intake, and metrics for services.
• Monitor utilization and forecast demand; advise staffing/equipment needs.
• Provide regular status updates and participate in site planning meetings.
